Our cancellation conditions

Guests can cancel at any time before departure. In your own interest this should be done in writing. Depending on the date of receipt of your cancellation the following cancellation fee will be calculated.

Cancellation up to 10 weeks prior arrival is free of charge.

If you cancel your booking in the period of 10 weeks until 14 days before arrival - date costs of 50% of the room rate fall due.

If you cancel a reservation 13 days before the actual arrival cancellation fee of 90% of the apartment price fall due.

If it is possible to rent the accommodations elsewhere, for you are no costs due for the time of stay of the other guests.

We recommend taking cancellation insurance.
