Ground floor apartment "Laubfrosch", 3 rooms, up to 5 people | 60 qm² + 20 qm² south-west-terrace

2 separate bedrooms optional with a double bed or twin beds. Two of the beds have oversize. Bed linen are available and coated.

The bathroom is with curved glass shower and toilet. Hair dryer and towels are provided for you.

Living room with a huge sofa, dining area, satellite TV, radio and WiFi.

The kitchenette with oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and the common spices are available.

Large south / west facing terrace for exclusive use with seating and sun loungers.

Note:

The first night already contains the charges for electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is no breakfast. A kitchen or kitchenette is available in each apartment. Eggs, honey, jam and sausage cans there on the farm.
